This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with utensils and dishware to cook simple meals. A full size pull-out sofa bed is located within the living area which can sleep 2 additional guests. The bedroom includes a King size bed, wardrobe, desk, and smart TV. The unit’s bathroom features, a double vanity, walk in shower, and a washer/dryer for guest use. Guest access Guests have access to full apartment Other things to note What to Pack: We stock all our properties with a starter supply of the basics to get you through your first night or two! In our properties, you will find, a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, a dishwasher pod, two extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, ground coffee, a small tea selection, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. If you are looking for something additional, please reach out! We will happily let you know if it is something we can provide for you. Security: For your safety as well as the property, properties are equipped with exterior Ring cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. There are also internal sensors to detect temperature and decibel levels. Basic Rules: No one wants a bad stay so here are some basic rules to ensure a smooth memorable safe stay: 1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to airbnb. Please be honest about the actual number of guests. 2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place. 3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged. 4. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors. 5. We are pet friendly! There is an additional cleaning charge of $50.00 per stay for pets. We just ask that pets remain off of the beds and furniture. An additional $50 fee may be added for excessive pet clean up including shedding on furniture and soil stains. If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.

- 2026-09-08T15:34:05Z · 4/5: All in all we would definitely stay here again. There were a few hiccups but I think Henry’s place is well worth checking out. The pros: The place was as described and it was pretty clean when we arrived. The skylight is really the star of the unit. I really enjoyed just sitting on the couch and reading while looking at the skylight. Kitchen came well stocked in terms of cookware and dishes. It was easy to find and use the items. Things were well organized. The bed was very comfortable and a real bed. There was an extra blanket in the closet that we used. The AC ran well and we were very comfortable despite the heat during our stay. The cons: The smoke detector was beeping all night so we didn’t get much sleep for part of our stay. We reached out to Henry and he replied quickly. Unfortunately no one was able to fix it until the next evening. By that time the beeping stopped. Small things: The coffee maker wasn’t usable & had a notice that it needed to be descaled.

- 2026-07-20T15:17:07.000Z · 4.0/5: First, the pluses. This apt. is in an IDEAL location and close to almost everything. It's a very quick drive to PPG Paints Arena, the University of Pittsburgh campus, Schenley Park, Phipps Conservatory and the UPMC facilities in Oakland. You're also 10 minutes away from the Strip District, and maybe 15 minutes from downtown. Bed was comfortable, everything in the kitchen appeared to be in good condition and worked well. Host was easy to reach and responded quickly to inquiries via phone and the app.Drawbacks are minor but could be an issue for some. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great, and I found the shower floor was a bit slick when wet. Parking situation is a bit unusual. Street parking is free, but it's on a fairly narrow alley that could use repaving. I opted to pay for the garage across the alley which was fine, but navigating in and out was challenging, especially when someone was parked on the alley immediately outside the garage door. (I drive a MINI Cooper and it was still pretty tight to get in and out. Good luck if you're in a pickup or large SUV.) After hours access was via keypad and was easy enough to manage. Biggest problem for me was the air conditioning. The apartment was plenty cool and the AC works great, it's just incredibly LOUD when it kicks on. If you're a light sleeper, this could become a problem.
