Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged. 4. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors. If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay. What to Pack: We stock all our properties with a starter supply of the basics to get you through your first night or two! In our properties, you will find, a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, a dishwasher pod, two extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, ground coffee, a small tea selection, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We always provide the linens-towels and bedding needed for your stay. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. If you are looking for something additional, please reach out! We will happily let you know if it is something we can provide for you. Security: For your safety as well as the property, properties are equipped with exterior Ring cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. There are also internal sensors to detect temperature and decibel levels.

Stay had a LOT of stairs, air conditioning window units in key places. Plenty of towels for everyone and the bedding was soft and clean. Pool table and darts were fun, the fooseball table was missing the ball 👎 and the toaster wasn’t working right. Overall a great stay and we would stay there again.

The location was perfect for our Pittsburgh weekend, and the home had so much personality and plenty of space for our group. A couple of small things to be aware of: several of the electrical outlets didn’t seem to be working during our stay, and we were a little confused about the parking situation. We had understood that one parking spot was included, but we weren’t able to locate it and ended up paying for parking each day. Neither of those things took away from our overall experience, though. We had a wonderful trip, enjoyed the home and the area, and appreciated having such a unique place to stay. Thank you for hosting us!
