** For our guests with us Sunday mornings we do have a Christian Church next door that begins their service around 9-9:30am. If you are a light sleeper, we have other units in the building which are a little quieter.
** Even though it's a local ordinance and we have a mutual understanding with the Pastor of the church next door. There are still times that they will start earlier than the allowed time which is 9am. We understand that this can be a huge inconvenience for our guests and we would just like to be upfont about it. Thank you.
The space
Freshly, renovated loft with two private bedrooms and bath. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with utensils and dishware to cook simple meals. A full size pull-out sofa bed is located within the living area which can sleep 2 additional guests. Each bedroom includes a Queen size bed, wardrobe, and smart TV. The unit’s bathroom features, a double vanity, walk in shower, and washer/dryer for guest use.

What to Pack:
We stock all our properties with a starter supply of the basics to get you through your first night or two! In our properties, you will find, a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, a dishwasher pod, two extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, ground coffee, a small tea selection, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
We always provide the linens-towels and bedding needed for your stay. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. If you are looking for something additional, please reach out! We will happily let you know if it is something we can provide for you.
Security:
For your safety as well as the property, properties are equipped with exterior Ring cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. There are also internal sensors to detect temperature and decibel levels.
Basic Rules:
No one wants a bad stay so here are some basic rules to ensure a smooth memorable safe stay:
1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to airbnb. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.
2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place.
3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged.
4. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
5. We are pet friendly! There is an additional cleaning charge of $50.00 per stay for pets. We just ask that pets remain off of the beds and furniture. An additional $50 fee may be added for excessive pet clean up including shedding on furniture and soil stains.
If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.View More

This unit was extremely clean, matched as advertised & the host was very communicative. It's basically a renovated warehouse so the floors are concrete with some area rugs. We did not mind this, esp since we brought our dog. The unit is located in the city making going places quick & easy however, my son did comment on the noise of the cars at night. He slept on the couch which is close to the windows; the traffic did not bother those of us in the bedrooms. The ammenities were modern and it had all the basic necessities. We had difficulty connecting our phone apps to the TV's & are unsure why since we do this quite a bit at home. The beds were comfortable & we loved the amount of light that came in from the large windows, as much as we appreciated the blackout drapes when we were sleeping. There was a construction zone right outside the entrance but that was clearly explained prior to arrival. Free street parking was close enough to get our stuff to & from rather easily as well. Sophia

10/10 would recommend! Super clean, easy instructions, no fuss, and a really nice unit. I'll definitely be staying here again. Great experience would stay there again.
