Very close to CMU, about an 8-10 minute easy drive, no bridges! I wish we’d found it sooner! Super spacious and sleeps up to 8 if you use the pull outs, think of it as 2 studios attached by privacy doors. Very clean. Modern feel, maybe a converted warehouse? Plenty of free street parking. Chipotle, KFC, and Einstein Bageks within .4 miles. But of course all that Pittsburgh had to offer is available as well. I think there’s some type of mini split AC unit. It was cool enough when we were there so we didn’t have to test it. In general, the area is quiet and safe. We could hear people talking outside the building late at night (only happened one of our 3 nights), so if there is noise you might hear it. But not the same type of consistent city noise we have heard in lots of other parts of the city I also appreciated the flexible cancellation policy.

Airbnb
Incredible two-for-one rental! It’s two separate apartments / hotel-style rooms! I loved the style and all the amenities. One TV is bigger than the other, so just be aware that you may have to duke it out to decide who gets that room! Loved this place and really wish we could have stayed longer! The owner is amazing, too! Glad we stayed there.
