Come and relax in our new location! This historic warehouse was converted into apartments but still holds its original architectural features! Enjoy the industrial modern aesthetic with 15-foot-high ceilings, brick walls, original concrete floors, and atrium skylights with natural light. The space
Freshly, renovated apartment with a private bedroom and bath. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with utensils and dishware to cook simple meals. A large atrium over the living area floods the space with natural light. In the living room there is a full size pull-out sofa bed which can sleep 2 additional guests. While the bedroom includes a King size bed, wardrobe, desk, and smart TV. The unit’s bathroom features, a double vanity, walk in shower, and a washer/dryer for guest use.

What to Pack:
We stock all our properties with a starter supply of the basics to get you through your first night or two! In our properties, you will find, a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, a dishwasher pod, two extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, ground coffee, a small tea selection, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
We always provide the linens-towels and bedding needed for your stay. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. If you are looking for something additional, please reach out! We will happily let you know if it is something we can provide for you.
Security:
For your safety as well as the property, properties are equipped with exterior Ring cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. There are also internal sensors to detect temperature and decibel levels.
Basic Rules:
No one wants a bad stay so here are some basic rules to ensure a smooth memorable safe stay:
1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to airbnb. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.
2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place.
3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged.
4. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
5. We are pet friendly! There is an additional cleaning charge of $50.00 per stay for pets. We just ask that pets remain off of the beds and furniture. An additional $50 fee may be added for excessive pet clean up including shedding on furniture and soil stains.

Exterior security cameras on property
We had a great stay at Henry’s. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Henry was a very helpful and responsive host, and we couldn’t have had a better stay. We highly recommend! Wonderful place. Henry was great. Would stay again! The apartment was clean, bigger than expected, and the perfect fit for what we were looking for. We found some local food spots and other easy to get to places near by and it was only a short drive to everything we visited. I could never recommend this place. This is the short list—It was neglected. The bedroom door was busted and splintered. There was a steak knife left on the bedroom desk. The blankets were visibly dirty. There was a stray sock in the living room. His other listing next door had a sloppy party even though there were noise restrictions.<br/>We should have left but it was a snow storm and we sucked it up. I had to clean the entire place and make sure it was safe for our kids..I never had to check the couch for lost steak knives at an air bb.<br/>Obviously the host didn’t care so it seemed pointless to message while we were stuck there. I fixed what I could myself.<br/>Please refund for the fraudulent listing and compensate for all the time spent cleaning your property investment.
