These units come fully furnished and most have full kitchens and all your required accessories for you to just drop your suitcase and start relaxing. **NOW PET FRIENDLY-$50.00 PET FEE PER STAY** The space Freshly, renovated apartment with a private bedroom and bath. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with utensils and dishware to cook simple meals. A large atrium over the living area floods the space with natural light. In the living room there is a full size pull-out sofa bed which can sleep 2 additional guests. While the bedroom includes a King size bed, wardrobe, desk, and smart TV. The unit’s bathroom features, a double vanity, walk in shower, and a washer/dryer for guest use. Guest access Guests have access to full apartment. Other things to note What to Pack: We stock all our properties with a starter supply of the basics to get you through your first night or two! In our properties, you will find, a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, a dishwasher pod, two extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, ground coffee, a small tea selection, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We always provide the linens-towels and bedding needed for your stay. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. If you are looking for something additional, please reach out! We will happily let you know if it is something we can provide for you. Security: For your safety as well as the property, properties are equipped with exterior Ring cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. There are also internal sensors to detect temperature and decibel levels. Basic Rules: No one wants a bad stay so here are some basic rules to ensure a smooth memorable safe stay: 1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to airbnb. Please be honest about the actual number of guests. 2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place. 3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged. 4. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors. 5. We are pet friendly! There is an additional cleaning charge of $50.00 per stay for pets. We just ask that pets remain off of the beds and furniture. An additional $50 fee may be added for excessive pet clean up including shedding on furniture and soil stains. If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We had some complications at the beginning, including the road being closed due to construction (which also made it hard for Uber and Uber Eats to drop off and pick up), however when I communicated with the staff they were very responsive. We chose to utilize the garage and were very pleased with the privacy and the amount of parking space. If I were nit picking, in the shower you get hot water by turning to the cold side and vice versa, there were limited channels on the TV in the bedroom, and old sheets were stuffed in the wardrobe. But honestly the communication of the staff made up for it. Loved the natural lighting and the light up mirror in the bathroom. If simplicity is your thing this is the place for you.

Best bed I’ve ever laid in and it’s huge. Very spacious place. Very clean. Only complaint is the front of the building and most of the road in from of the place is blocked off with construction. I’d advise setting up the paid private parking beforehand.

Great place. Great location Imgur our Pitt son apartment, but also right near Carnegie Mellon student areas as well. Super coffee right down the street and easy parking. Even with crazy snow and construction blocks, we found our way.
