Enjoy the industrial modern aesthetic with 15-foot-high ceilings, brick walls, original concrete floors, and atrium skylights that flood the space with natural light. The space
Freshly, renovated apartment with a private bedroom and bath. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with utensils and dishware to cook simple meals. A full size pull-out sofa bed is located within the living area which can sleep 2 additional guests. The bedroom includes a King size bed, wardrobe, desk, and smart TV. The unit’s bathroom features, a double vanity, walk in shower, and a washer/dryer for guest use.

What to Pack:
We stock all our properties with a starter supply of the basics to get you through your first night or two! In our properties, you will find, a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, a dishwasher pod, two extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, ground coffee, a small tea selection, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
We always provide the linens-towels and bedding needed for your stay. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. If you are looking for something additional, please reach out! We will happily let you know if it is something we can provide for you.
Security:
For your safety as well as the property, properties are equipped with exterior Ring cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. There are also internal sensors to detect temperature and decibel levels.
Basic Rules:
No one wants a bad stay so here are some basic rules to ensure a smooth memorable safe stay:
1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to airbnb. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.
2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place.
3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged.
4. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
5. We are pet friendly! There is an additional cleaning charge of $50.00 per stay for pets. We just ask that pets remain off of the beds and furniture. An additional $50 fee may be added for excessive pet clean up including shedding on furniture and soil stains.
If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.View More

This was a very beautiful place to stay for the weekend. It was like having our own apartment while getting away. It was way better than being in a hotel for the weekend.<br/>The apartment was clean and well taken care of. It was fully stocked with amenities. It was well organized with no clutter. <br/>Our only concerns were similar to other reviews. We expected the noise from the road, so we prepared with earplugs. There are quiet hours for those renting in building, but that rule was hard to be enforced, and neighboring renters would be playing music in the middle of the night. <br/>Parking was very affordable with Henry. The instructions in finding parking were difficult, however. We were given vague instructions. When it was dark at night, it was difficult to see any signs for what was explained to us. We had to contact the host and call the emergency number to get more instructions.<br/>Overall, the stay was very nice. More instructions can always be helpful. I would recommend earplugs. Henry is a wonderful host, and my father had a very good time here. House is clean overall and the pillow is super comfortable. It's a convenient place which is near the supermarket and school.<br/>The only imperfect part was the street noise.<br/>That said, Henry is really helpful and quick to respond. I’ll definitely stay here again next time. Stayed for two nights, nice space. Justin
